As an elected official of the City of Shawnee and a teacher in the Shawnee Mission School District, it is felt that you have an obligation to let the citizens of Shawnee know what your opinions are of two
As a matter of fact I am of the impression that you are a
teacher that coaches other teachers and that is at the elementary school level.
The two items are:
1. Do you approve of the teaching of critical race theory in our schools?
2. Do you approve of
the teaching of the “1619 Project?
These are very specific questions. I am expecting very specific answers, not a bunch of dancing around them.
