The current email of the city's weekly newsletter "A Few Good Words" has a softball interview with Mayor Distler since this is Women's History Month.
I feel sorry for the staff member that had to conduct this interview, which can be read here. They could not ask the tough questions.
Instead I'll ask them.
1. As the first female mayor of Shawnee how do you feel about being arrested for felony perjury?
2. As the first female mayor of Shawnee how do you feel about serving a diversion agreement so as not to be prosecuted?
3. As the first female mayor of Shawnee how do you feel about never having apologized to the citizens of Shawnee (including the person whose name you fraudulently used)?
Now those would be interesting questions to get answers to during Women's History Month.
