This week saw a letter by Greg Snell published in the Shawnee Dispatch. Over the course of the past few years Greg has attended many City Council and Council Committee meetings.
His observations in the letter are something that Shawnee citizens need to look at, concerning the proposed 3/8ths of a cent sales tax for pavements (streets etc).
